Biography of Jordan
Jordan Riley came into veganism slowly at first. She always loved animals, but she did not see the contradiction between loving animals and eating animal products at first.
She does not know how it happened, but she slowly evolved into veganism. She also did not see the connection between increasing mental illness in this society and our culture of fast food and eating out by ourselves.
However, a few trips abroad convinced her that the emotional richness of daily life in these countries overseas was connected in some intangible way to their culture being so focused on home-cooked meals and dining in with family.
For some time now, Jordan has wondered if most of these cookbook authors are focusing on the wrong benefits of their cookbooks. Surely, cookbooks must promote home cooking and the benefits of cooking at home, and meals shared with near and dear ones.
Also, Jordan is grateful for the great advice she received from Christine.
This cookbook is so much better because of the nutritional advice that they were able to provide.
