  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 375°F.

  6. Remove and combine with salt and other ingredients. Toss well to coat.
  7. Place back in the airfryer and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden
  8. brown and crisp.
  9. Shake the fryer pan halfway during roasting.
  10. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, add the seasonings, and then bake for another 10 or 15 minutes.
  11. To dry-roast on the stovetop, roast in a non-stick pan over medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes until it crisps.

  3. Add water and one tablespoon of oil.
  4. Make eight flat fritters and add them to the parchment-lined basket.
  5. Lightly brush with remaining oil and bake for eight to 10 minutes.
  6. Flip patties halfway through cooking. Bake until golden brown and crispy.
  7. To make on the griddle, heat it to medium. 
  8. Cook the patties with some oil for 2 to 3  minutes on each side.
  9. Serve with a dip of your choice.

Sweet Potato Cakes With Vegan Ranch Dressing
