Ingredients
- 1 pack Udon or wholewheat noodles
- 4 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 tbsp Gochujang or chili sauce
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them, reserving 2 cups of the cooking water.

Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the shredded Chinese cabbage, bell peppers, shredded carrot, and spring onions for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the Gochujang (or chili sauce) and kimchi, mixing everything together well.

Add the cooked noodles along with the reserved cooking water to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
