Ingredients

  • 1 pack (8 oz) buckwheat or soba noodles
  • 1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage

  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the buckwheat or soba noodles according to the package instructions.
