Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup millet flour
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4–1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp dried dill or basil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the brown rice flour, millet flour, sweet paprika, baking powder, salt, ground flax seeds, and dried dill or basil.
Step 3
Add the coconut oil and water, mixing until the dough comes together. Knead the dough until smooth.
Step 4
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin sheet.
Step 5
Cut the dough into long strips, then slice the strips into smaller pieces. For different shapes, cut diagonally for triangles or straight for squares.
Step 6
Arrange the pieces on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy, rotating the tray halfway through baking.
Step 7
Let the crackers cool slightly, then serve with salsa or your favorite dip or sauce. Millet Brown Rice Crackers are my crunchy, wholesome snack that pairs perfectly with dips.
