- ¼ cup chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 tbsp water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Lightly mash the peas and combine them in a bowl with the chickpea flour, sriracha sauce, salt, and water. Mix until well combined, adjusting the seasoning if needed.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into small balls and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Brush the tops lightly with olive oil. Bake for about 19 minutes, then carefully flip the balls and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Alternatively, cook the pea bites in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. These spicy pea bites make a healthy, crunchy snack that’s perfect for lunch boxes or anytime cravings.
