Ingredients
- â…“ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup chopped nuts of choice
- 2–3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup dried blueberries
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp seeds of choice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Freeze/Chill time (2–3 hours)
Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the cashew butter, chopped nuts, maple syrup, dried blueberries, rolled oats, seeds, and salt.
Step 2
Mix well until it forms a dough.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a 4×4-inch pan lined with parchment paper, smoothing it down with a spatula.
Step 4
Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
Step 5
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
Step 6
Optional: Top with berry sauce, melted chocolate, seeds, or extra chopped nuts.
Step 7
